Welcome to mypage.mx. By accessing our website, registering an account, and using our website generation and hosting tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our platform.

1. Purpose of the Service

mypage.mx is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows merchants and small business owners to create commercial websites automatically using artificial intelligence tools based on manually entered data or public profiles. Additionally, the service includes the incorporation of the business into our public directory and the web hosting of the generated page under an authorized subdomain or domain.

2. User Accounts and Security

To use the editing tools, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. In case of detecting unauthorized use, you must notify the platform's support team immediately.

3. Subscription Plans, Payments, and Cancellation

• Billing and Processing: Access to full publishing and hosting features is provided under a periodic subscription model (monthly or annually). All payments are processed automatically through the secure and international Stripe gateway.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, unless the user manages the cancellation of the service before the cutoff date from their control panel.
• Cancellation: The user can cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to premium tools until the end of the paid billing cycle, at which time the associated website will no longer be publicly visible.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content, images, logos, and commercial information that you upload or link to your generated website. mypage.mx does not claim any ownership over your materials. However, you guarantee that you have the corresponding usage rights and commit not to publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform and artificial intelligence tools are provided "as is" and as available. mypage.mx makes its best commercial efforts to guarantee continuous availability (uptime) of the hosted websites and the accuracy of the directory data; however, we are not responsible for commercial losses, technical server interruptions, unforeseen changes in external social media API policies, or how external search engines (like Google) index or rank the generated pages organically.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material modifications will be notified through your administration panel or via the registered email. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes binding acceptance of the new terms.
